Lost Jewels

In an orderly fashion it all starts,
With burning passion within everyone’s hearts.
The burning fire with its glow,
Brightens the heavens up and low;
All the stars hide behind its gaze,
Whilst they all start this infinite maze.
Their endless effort like crimson fire,
Focused only towards that desire.

Alas, the heart is trapped in a cage!
Slowly cooling its blazing rage.
Their wings are torn, roots have rotten,
They are, in history, but forgotten.
They are the faded heroes of the past,
Once reputed but now outcast.

Oh hi there
It’s nice to meet you.
